1. Writer’s Address
Write this first and at the top right corner of your page.
CORRECT FORMAT:
- House number, Street name,
- Town/city, Local Government,
- State.
2. Date
Write this next and under your address, still at the top right corner.

- Day Month, Year.
3. Receiver’s address
Write this under the date but at the left corner of your page.

4. Salutation
